To our New & Old Tourists
- All Tour trips proceed with a minimum of 10 Tourists.
- Trips are postponed when less than 10 Tourists fail to pay their security deposits.
- You are refunded 90% when you request your security deposit back, when you don’t it will carry over to your next trip date for the same Tour experience.
- In the event of any medical situation, including accidents, illness, or emergencies, a Tourist acknowledges that he/she will be responsible for all medical costs incurred. This includes hospitalization, doctor’s fees, medication, and any other related expenses.
- Good News Gcuwa will provide emergency transportation in the event of an accident during the tour. Our team will ensure that injured Tourists receive prompt medical attention and are transported to the nearest medical facility.
- Throughout the tour experience, our security personnel will provide safety and defense support for all tourists. They will serve as the primary tour guides and reference points for all tourist demands and accommodation needs.
- Tourists are compelled to look after their belongs, the Good News Gcuwa team will not be liable for any lost items on tour.
